Reservation Terms & Conditions

• We can only hold your table(s) for 15 minutes beyond your reservation time. After this time your reservation is not guaranteed.
• Although we’ll do our best to sit you where you want, we cannot guarantee that you’ll sit in your desired location.
• Alterations to your booking must be provided by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
• For parties of 8 or more guests a service charge of 7% will apply.
• We are only able to provide a buffet service for parties of 12 guests or more.
• Please ensure that you confirm your booking 1 week before, otherwise your reservation may be released without notice.
• Please be aware that food and drink not provided by the Fox and Hound may not be consumed on the premises without prior arrangement.
• Where the booked attendance is not reached on the night of the booking, the management reserves the right to charge a fee of 10 euros for each guest that did not attend.
